How To Order?

You can place the order through the Thinking Caps website, over the phone, or by sending us an email. Please follow the below steps while ordering through the website:

  • On the report details page, select license type, i.e.,Single-user, Site-user or Enterprise licenses
  • Click on the Buy Now button and fill in your details at the checkout page (we protect your privacy by strictly adhering to the guidelines set out in our privacy policy
  • Select your preferred payment mode by clicking on the logo at the bottom of the page, Wire transfer or PayPal. Our secure payment servers will then redirect you to the selected payment gateway where you can make the payment through your Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner’s Club credit cards or through your PayPal account
  • If you wish to make payment through wire transfer, select “Wire Transfer” option and complete the order purchase.
  • An instant order confirmation email will be generated. If you have paid through PayPal or credit card, no further action is necessary. If you have selected Wire Transfer as the payment option, please wire the amount to the bank details provided in the order confirmation. Your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation.

  • In case you want to place an order via email, write to [email protected] with all your requirements and queries. Make sure that you provide us all your details including billing and delivery details along with the chosen mode of payment. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours

For all order related queries, please send an email to [email protected] along with your order number. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. If you have placed an order with us and are expecting delivery, please allow us 48-72 hours to deliver the report. You can also check your spam or junk email folders for any emails that may have been blocked by your organizational firewall.
